What better way to exercise your body and relax your mind on a South Haven, MI, getaway than yoga? Practicing yoga promotes physical wellness, mindfulness, and relaxation. Going on vacation doesn’t mean you have to leave your physical wellness resolutions at home. At Victoria Resort and B&B, we offer yoga classes for guests on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. Classes incorporate some yoga philosophy, music, and perhaps some humor. Come to learn, stretch, and play in a supportive, unique resort environment. All bodies are welcome. Mats included. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, we welcome you to join our incredible instructor, Kendra Kingsbury, at our yoga offerings. Instructor Biography

Instructor Kendra Kingsbury


Kendra Kingsbury recently moved to South Haven, MI, from Chicago, IL. She has been certified to teach yoga since 2015. Kendra loves exploring the connection to self and to others through voice, body, and breath. She also helps clients discover or reclaim their authentic self and authentic voice. Outside of teaching yoga, Kendra is an arts-based coach who helps people get comfortable speaking in front of any size audience.

Kendra is a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework,® a Yogi with certifications in Vocal Yoga®, Vinyasa Yoga, and Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, and is MentorCoach Candidate. Kendra also sits on the administration board for the Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA) of which she is a proud member.
